Michael is an accomplished and passionate user experience professional who loves to deliver customer insights and thought leadership to inform product strategy. He supports the development of customer centric products for Fandom Admins/Editors/Consumers. He also help cross functional teams and Executives understand unmet user needs within organizations by giving visibility to customer insights across all phases of the product development life cycle.
History
Before joining Fandom, Michael has worked 20+ years as a User Experience Researcher and has led teams for companies such as Microsoft, eBay, PayPal, Walmart.com, and Twitter.
I've been collecting toys from my childhood for the last 20 years, which include GI Joe's, Masters of the Universe, Transformers, and M.A.S.K. toys. I also started a website back in 2007 called http://www.actionfigurecustoms.com/ that is dedicated to showcasing customized toys from the talented community of customizers.
