Rappy is a Senior Editor Experience Specialist (formerly Community Technical Specialist). His focus is running various experiments to help grow communities and the user base by adding quality of life improvements. He is also in charge of the Javascript Review Process and helps out with the Dev Wiki community.

- Rappy's name did not come from Phantasy Star Online.
- Rappy's username on Fandom is incorrect, but he's never bothered to correct it.
