Tagaziel is a Wiki Representative/Wiki Specialist/Wiki Manager (depends on which part of his ten year long career as a wiki cat we're talking about), who started doing it professionally back around 2013, after contracting the wiki bug in 2006 (as a certain Grizzly).

The Wikicat[]

The Wikicat's been working on wikis for years and has over half a million edits spread out across hundreds of wikis, and specializes in breaking games down so that data and assets can be used on the wiki. Got an obscure game you want to take apart? Tagz is your cat. Want to convert data into spreadsheets? Tagz. Want to dig up a fact from 1996, confirming a fan theory about the particular meaning of the upward twist of the villain's mustache...?

That's the thing Tagaziel does, apart from putting out fires and trying to make communities experience the best side of Fandom every day. Some notable projects, apart from the Fallout wiki, include:

  • The Wasteland Wiki, official since Wasteland 2, forked from the Fandom wiki around 2011 and managed to beat the original through hard work, perseverance, and excellent SEO.
  • Official Pillars of Eternity Wiki, one of the OG (Original Gamepedia) wikis, rebuilt and revamped between 2017 and 2018, to cover every NPC, item, location, and lore tidbit. Supercharged by the work of Macklin, who really took it to the next level.
  • Official Shadowrun Games Wiki, created in collaboration with Harebrained Schemes. Dragonfall is the best story between the three, hands down. F-State!
  • Steel Division Wiki, a long-running project whose size and scope resulted in it being featured by Eugen Studios!
  • Alpha Centauri Wiki, a passion project dedicated to one of the best sci-fi stories/strategies out there.
  • And about 200-300 more wikis founded, including the venerable Escape from Tarkov wiki, seeded and started up, then passed on to another Wiki Manager/Representative to cultivate the garden.

The Tagz[]

A big, noisy cat creature who tends to be very friendly. Don't get the cat started on history, though, as you're liable to hear an hour long lecture on some obscure aspect of European history, a theory of social development, or a number of absurd personal anecdotes that are all true (otherwise they wouldn't be funny, right?).

Tagaziel is also happily married for some 15 years, has a wonderful son who's nearly six, and is quite happy with how life turned out. Feels like a rarity in these times.
